Robert DeBeer

Managing Director/Investments

Bob has more than 36 years of investment industry experience.  Throughout his career, he has focused on providing outstanding personal service, thoughtful guidance, and customized financial strategies for families, foundations, endowments, and public institutions.  As a portfolio manager in Stifel’s Solutions Program, Bob manages assets on a discretionary basis using a highly personalized and research-driven investment approach.  This enables him to quickly react to market conditions when implementing his clients’ investment strategies, each tailored to their own specific needs and objectives.

Bob earned a B.S. in Business – Economics from McDaniel College in 1983.  Soon after, he made Dallas his home with his wife, Gina, and they have three children:  Stephen, Robert, and Elizabeth.

Active in the community, Bob helps at-risk kids pursue their life and education goals as a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas and the Byron Nelson Golf Championship.  Outside the office, he enjoys snow skiing, spending time at the lake, playing golf, and taking care of his two Golden Retrievers.

The Solutions program requires a minimum investment, which varies by strategy.  Ask your Financial Advisor for a Disclosure Brochure, which further outlines the fees, services, exclusions, and disclosures associated with this program.  Since all investment decisions in a Solutions account are made by the Financial Advisor without having to receive prior client approval, it is important that Solutions clients have detailed knowledge of the Financial Advisor’s individual investment philosophy and decision-making process before entrusting him or her with their portfolio.  You should consider all terms and conditions before deciding whether the Solutions Program and any particular strategy are appropriate for your needs.
